He's doing well.
His height is 34" which put him in the 40th percentile
He weights 28 pounds which put in the 47th percentile
and my boy has a big head which was in the 57th percentile!
The doctor agrees with Jason and I that his ability to speak isn't ahead of the curve. However since he added six new words in the last week, we decided to follow up on the issue in six months. He seems to understand what is said to him. Since he can actually brush his own teeth and sit through an entire movie, Doctor J thinks he's just more advance in some areas, and a little behind in others. Eric is great at picking up a routine. He knows the difference between what I do when giving him a bath and what dad does. He is able to know when to get his sneakers vs. his flip flops or Sunday shoes.
Here are a couple of cute photos of him recently taken. One just after swim class, and the other was this morning while watching Toy Story.
This week Eric also got his first dental exam and cleaning. He cried through the whole thing.
Then to finish his week of head torture he got another haircut!
