Polar Express

Well, the trip was a year and half in the making. Last year we were snowed out of it, so we transferred our tickets to this year.
The required family photo

This was Brooke and Eric's first encounter with snow. Eric was cautious at first, but got into it fast. T.J was a great help in getting him acclimated. Brooke took right away to it.

Eric was all about throwing snow.

T.J and Eric ran around a lot and played

Then it was time to ride to the North Pole.

We got cookies the size of Brooke's head, yes she ate it all. And hot chocolate

The elusive pre-teen smile

Then the big guy came.

The Christmas booty for all the kids, a sleigh bell

Then for the trip back, it was time to sing. T.J. made sure that our side of the train won the FA LALA LA loud contest. I was told to not put this on the blog but what good are kids if you can't make fun of them?
Brooke got to dance with one of the Chefs on the trip, sorry I didn't get a photo of that.
We all had fun! The best part was when all three kids slept on the trip home

We never made it to the Polar Express when we lived there so I am trying to convince Shane that we need to make the trip out next Christmas!!! Looks like you had tons of fun and the kids are so darn cute!!
